Cancellation and No Show Policy: 10 minutes late or more to appointment will result in client No Show. 3 No Shows will block you from online booking. Any last minute cancellations (12hours) or no show for appointments 2 hours or longer will have a %50 of booked service price fee. (there are understandable exceptions)
